Stop flying blind through your capture step.
EARLY ACCESS PROGRAM
Work with Phlotonics to bring real-time protein measurement into your workflow, on a challenge that matters to your team.
ABOUT PHLOTONICS
Measure proteins in-process. Not after.
Bioprocess teams make decisions on protein data that arrives hours or days late, from samples pulled out of the process and sent to a lab. By then the batch has moved on.
Phlotonics builds inline sensors that measure protein directly in the process stream, in real time, without labels or sample prep. Teams see what is happening while it is happening, and act on it.
Built on peer-reviewed science and supported by leading biomanufacturing and life science innovation partners.
PRIORITY APPLICATION
Know exactly when your Protein A column is loaded. Every cycle.
Downstream teams size their Protein A load to a fraction of resin capacity because they cannot see breakthrough in real time. The safety margin protects the batch, and it leaves capacity on the table on every cycle across the life of the resin.
Phlotonics puts the measurement inline, at the column outlet, on every cycle. Teams see mAb concentration in real time and use it differently depending on how they run capture:
Batch capture: measure dynamic binding capacity utilization directly, load closer to the real limit, get more out of every column and every resin lifetime
Multicolumn capture (PCC, SMB): track the breakthrough front and tune switch timing between columns with data instead of assumption
Continuous capture: close the loop on loading and enable release logic on the capture step
If you are working on Protein A capture optimization, DBC characterization, multicolumn switching, or continuous capture, we want to hear from you.
OTHER APPLICATIONS
Bring us a different challenge.
Capture is where we are focused, but the sensing is not limited to it. If offline measurement is holding back a decision somewhere else in your process, in development or in manufacturing, tell us. We are selecting a small number of teams across applications.
Apply for the Early Access Program
The Phlotonics Early Access Program gives selected teams the opportunity to evaluate our sensing on a specific bioprocess application in their own workflow.
Together we will:
Define the measurement challenge
Identify the biological target
Evaluate the sensing approach
Determine the path forward
Tell us about your measurement challenge.
We will follow up to discuss whether it is a fit for the program.
